Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Code

By initiating access to the VMXX Network, you are bound by these Terms of Service. This is not a mere agreement; it is an oath to a civilization of high-performance individuals. If you lack the discipline to uphold these terms, do not enter the gate.

2. The Initiation & Account

Access is a privilege, not a right. To remain in the network, you must:

• Provide authentic information regarding your identity and your craft.
• Maintain the secrecy of your credentials. You are the sole architect of your account's security.
• Never share, sell, or transfer your access seal to an outsider.

3. Code of Conduct

The brotherhood thrives on mutual respect and relentless growth. Any form of sabotage, harassment, theft of intellectual property, or dissemination of malicious code will result in immediate and irreversible expulsion from the network. We do not issue warnings.

4. Intellectual Property

The intelligence, strategies, and methodologies shared within the Academy and by other operators remain their intellectual property. You may apply this knowledge to build your empire, but you may not pirate or resell it outside the network. The VMXX branding, code, and systems are exclusively owned by the founders.

5. Limitation of Liability

The network provides the tools, the network, and the intelligence. The execution is solely yours. VMXX Network is not liable for any financial losses, business failures, or operational damages you may incur while applying strategies learned within our ranks.

6. Termination

We reserve the sovereign right to terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach the Code or compromise the integrity of the civilization. The brotherhood protects itself first.
